Description:
In an attempt to start again, Quinn Maybrook and her father have relocated to the small, uninteresting town of Kettle Springs. They are unaware, however, that Kettle Springs has been split in two since the Baypen Corn Syrup Factory closed. The youth want to have fun, film prank videos, and go as soon as possible, while the adults are desperate to restore Kettle Springs to its former glory. Tradition and advancement, the old and the new, are at odds in Kettle Springs. It appears that the town will be destroyed in this war. Until the eerie clown Frendo, the Baypen mascot, becomes homicidal and determines that the only way for Kettle Springs to survive
Storyline:
Frendo the clown, a representation of past triumph, reappears as a scary scourge in a dying midwestern town.
