Description:
A man with a low IQ is on a train when he occurs to share his story with a fellow traveler about current events in India. The other passengers find it fascinating and join in. Due to his low IQ, no school wants to accept him, but a Catholic priest does so after noticing his mother's tenacity. He was born during the Indo-Pak War, when his grandfather was a martyr, hence his name. He makes friends with Roopa Dsouza, a student, and they form a strong friendship despite the schoolchildren's attempts to avoid him. Roopa wants to be wealthy because her drunken father abuses her mother for money every time, eventually causing her to die.
Storyline:
Laal Singh Chaddha is a straightforward man whose remarkable trip will make you laugh and feel loved, warm, and happy.
