Description:
At the esteemed Wellesley College, Katherine Ann Watson has agreed to teach art history. For the 1950s, Watson is a fairly modern lady who is passionate about both her students and art. The students appear to be waiting for the appropriate man to marry them, for the most part. Watson believes that despite all of the pupils' exceptional intelligence, they are not realizing their full potential. Even if students and teachers develop a close bond, Watson's opinions conflict with the college's prevailing ethos.
Storyline:
In 1953, Katherine Watson is an art history professor at Wellesley College, a reputable all-female institution. She urges her conservative students to challenge and reject the antiquated social norms.
