Description:
Detective Walter Marshall (played by Henry Cavill) believes that a young woman who has been found dead on a timber truck may have lapped to death in order to get away from a captor. When former judge Michael Cooper's (Ben Kingsley) vigilante sting to apprehend a child predator leads to the abduction of his ward Lara (Eliana Jones), a case breakthrough occurs by accident. Cooper uses Lara as sex bait to entice sexual offenders, after which he "sterilizes" them by surgically removing their balls and rendering them impotent. When Lara is kidnapped, Michael is caught by the police. He is then made to give Marshall his tracker, who believes him and sends police to find Lara, which results in the discovery.
Storyline:
A local vigilante, a seasoned Lieutenant, and his police department are all involved in a risky plot involving a problematic, newly arrested man connected to years of kidnappings of women.
