Description:
After they band together to battle their village president and topple his illegal 30-year-old government, Chitti Babu starts to worry that his older brother's life is in jeopardy.The movie takes place in rural India in the 1980s. In the made-up community of Rangasthalam, Chittibabu, a good-hearted and innocent man who is partially deaf, makes a living by providing water to agricultural areas. The story's pivotal moment occurs when his brother chooses to run against the president who has been usurping the lands of the defenseless peasants for thirty years. Chittibabu, however, is only worried about his brother's security and will do everything in his power to protect him.
