Description:
An investigation commission looking into a prison riot at Madras Central Prison tells the story. Parthiban, a man falsely accused of killing an IAS officer, is at the heart of the narrative. Parthiban meets a variety of prisoners inside the prison, including infamous mobster Siga, who has considerable power despite his confinement. Parthiban becomes caught up in corruption, power battles, and the harsh reality of the legal system as he makes his way through the intricacies of prison life.
Storyline:
The average person trapped in a corrupt system wonders if prisons actually help people get back on their feet or if they only serve to drive them farther into the depths of crime.
