Description:
American journalist David/Luke Kleintank begins working with his longtime friend Grant/Bruce Davison at European Press Network in Riga, Latvia. The job includes Grant's other BMW and a large, ancient, furnished house. He meets Robert/Jonathan Rhys Meyers as he rings the doorbell of his new neighbor since his car won't start. After Robert helps him out with the automobile, they go for a drive together and end up becoming friends. The following night, David meets Londoner Janine at a nightclub and obtains her phone number. David strikes a dark biker on a backroad when he is driving home. It's Janine, it turns out.
Storyline:
When David kills a young woman by running her over, the developing bond between two very different neighbors takes a sad turn.
